About Us: Eron

the start
Everyone ending up reading and this or taking interest in our blog has at least one thing in common:

Anime and/or Manga, it's where it all started for me and it's still a happy secret in my otherwise transparent life.

Many years ago (like 8 years) when I was 16 I really fell in love with the Art of anime before that I was mostly interested in sports and games.

I did watch alot of popular animes before that though like DBZ(DB) but not Naruto to my recollection, actually I think it wasn't even popular at all.

Due to depressing times in my personal life I started to shut myself in and one of the outlets of it was definitely Anime. when I think back now I really was addicted and binge watched(watching something in one straight sitting) a anime in one day.

After highschool I choose to do Art school because people told me I could draw really well and I liked anime.

I thought maybe somehow I could match the two or find a new passion through it but sadly it never stuck and I ended up leaving the school after 2 years. What did remain was the adobe skills I learned there and straight after leaving I kinda started to get more into the "ecchi" stuff.

The "ecchi" stuff wasn't really my go to thing before I was 18 and on the outside and still now: remained "normal" or what is assumed to be "normal" by society. Had a girlfiend for 2 years and I didn't feel any need to venture into it, even now I don't really watch the pervy animes because it's there. I much rather go and seek the fan created perv stuff because it feels like the original creator didn't want to have his/her characters be seen in that way and I think that's what I like about it. The feeling of having or creating something that is wanted(even by me) but isn't supported by the creator. For example Imagine a highly regarded celeb going nude: yes it's nice and it will create a buzz but it will be more exciting or stick if it was on accident or by a hacker(i.e the fappening). haha I understand if you don't get me!

opinions
Let me express some of my insights and feelings about the whole : "omg that character sucks and is so mainstream".

The fact that so many people hate or love a certain character is a MAJOR compliment to the creator, they might not have intended for it but it shows how much of a character the character has and because of this I don't hate a single character. If I do, it just makes me go "oh shit I hate this character.. good job writer" same reason why people hate Cercei or Joffrey in Game of Thrones outside of the show. it's their performance and in Anime it works the same way. Sasuke's purpose is to be hated as much as you can possible hate him because it makes you love Naruto. It's the balance to the show, like yin yang.

likes
Actually I never ever read manga, I love the vocal expressions of the Japanese language and the voice acting is in my opinion on such a high level in Anime it's really great to see the characters come alive. I watched a whole bunch of anime : 316 to be precise and this might suprise but my favorite of them all is Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari. Now it's mostly based on sentiments. Death Note definitely made a huge impact on how I feel about anime so it's probably 2nd.

Right now I play a few games: Fifa(since fifa95) it's one of those things I have to have and I also play League of Legends(GoldIV

I love a wide range of music from Classic Rock that I grew up with listening like: Dire Straits, Guns N roses, Eric Clapton, U2, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Love listening to Indie: Bon Iver, Chet Faker, Jake Bugg, Ben Howard
