Thanks for the compliment but I don't do requests. I just make my own edits from time to time. maybe if there are naruto edits of this one, install photoshop and put the two together? just a tip. :) thanks though.
No time to do a tutorial but what I did was : Cut out the sakura-naruto edit and add the background with a bit of blur. the background I got from someone over at DeviantArt.
